Colin and his dad during a recent visit home. |
When Colin McGuire
left his home in Galway
Ireland in 1992, he came to the
United States wanting to make
a living doing what he loves -
taking pictures. And that's
exactly what he has done. Since
then, Colin has built strong
relationships with some of the
countries most talented art
directors, designers and
marketing professionals.

Offers client, David Butler of Art of the Midwest,
‘Colin has the rare talent of both understanding the nuances of shooting space
and being able to capture the emotive aspects of human nature.
He doesn’t do both ‘as well’ as other photographers,
he does them better, which still amazes us.”
Colin’s approach to shooting is relaxed.
He has a pool of like-minded people with whom he collaborates,
from producers to food stylists to makeup artists. Says Colin,
‘I am lucky to have met, and now work with, a number
of super talented and great individuals.”
His philosophy is simply stated when he says,
‘We spend so much of our time working...why not enjoy it?
When you’re having a good time, ideas flow and you
end up getting much more than you expected.” |
